Cell Phone Policy

Personal telecommunication devices may not be used during instructional time as required under Kentucky House Bill 208. 

At Southern Middle School, phones should be turned off and stored in backpacks. Phones can be stored in 'phone caddies' available in every classroom. 

If a student has their phone out during school, teachers will request it be placed on their desk and kept through the end of the school day.
