Cross-Country Track

***  All students are welcome - KHSAA physical form needed -  ***

This is a great way to keep in shape and meet other students.

Be sure to wear running attire and bring water.  A current physical is required.

• Monday, Aug. 4  -  conditioning – Veteran’s Park Shelter #3 7:30-8:30 pm
• Wednesday, Aug. 6 - conditioning – Veteran’s Park Shelter #3 7:30-8:30 pm
• Thursday, Aug. 7 - conditioning – Veteran’s Park Shelter #3 7:30-8:30 pm
• Monday, Aug. 11 - conditioning – Veteran’s Park Shelter #3 7:30-8:30 pm
• Thursday, Aug. 14 - conditioning at Southern Middle School, 4 – 5:30 pm, pick up at the front of school at 5:30 pm

Regular – daily tryouts will begin August 18th.  On days with no conditioning, follow the running schedule at the bottom of this page.
