Cross-Country Track

***  All kids are welcome - KHSAA physical form needed -  ***

It is a great way to keep in shape and meet other students.
 

• Friday, Aug. 9 - no conditioning - run this weekend with friends and family
• Monday, Aug. 12 - conditioning at Southern Middle School 3:30 - 4:45, meet at the  Southern Elementary School side door; 
• Tuesday & Wednesday, Aug. 13 and 14 - no practice, the first day of school
• Thursday, Friday,  and Monday, Aug. 15, 16 and 19  - practice after school, parents pick students up at 5:30 in front of the school.

IF your child makes the team, there will be a parent meeting Monday, Aug. 19 at 5:30 and the first meet is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 20.
